Training Institute
The mission of the Covenant House New York Training Institute is to develop
skilled case workers and managers. We are committed to encouraging continual
growth by exposing participants to diverse training and enabling them to
confidently meet the discrete needs of our young people.
We offer a dual curriculum, with programs designed specifically for youth
care providers and general training of interest to all social service
providers. Topic areas include, but are not limited to:
- Youth Care Providers
- Youth Skill Building
- Child Abuse Intervention and Reporting
- Crisis Intervention
- Substance Abuse Issues/C.A.S.A.C.

The Training Institute may be able to provide on-site training for your group.

Every month we publish a training schedule that includes
workshops from two-hour sessions to all-day programs. The cost of each event
is minimal.
